Astronomy graduate student Bethany Grzenia is an avid snowshoer, so this post-blizzard morning was like a dream come true for her, as she made good use of her ‘racquets’  to navigate to campus.

The following came to Beth’s mind as she communed with nature;

“Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night, stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.” – Herodotus, 503 B.C. (Inscribed on the General Post Office facility on 33rd Street and 8th Avenue in New York City.) (Source: USPS)”
